Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date will incur a 30% cancellation fee due to last-minute notice. No-shows (failing to attend without prior cancellation) will be charged the full booking amount.
